Use this bookings page only if you are a part time registration attendee for just some events, or you wish to bring a non attending partner to some things in the events or tours sections. If you have registered for 'everything' at the conference week already, this individual event registration is NOT required by you.

Part time Registrations

We've had a lot of enquiries about partial registration, for people who arrive late or for partners and children who may only want to attend some parts of the conference.

The full day rate is $130 per day for all activities during that day, including lunch, dinner and entertainment as programmed.

The cost for evening events is $80 per event.

Kids Program

We will not be offering a specific children's program. Children are welcome to attend the conference and take part in whatever events are appropriate for their age group (see the costs as above). We will have a list of babysitters if you wish to hire them to mind tour children for any parts of the conference. If you have any questions about costs, please contact us.

Closer to the event this page will offer links to all forms you can fill in and send to IFYE 2008 to register for the conference as well as the official activities.

Special needs forms linking off this page will let you advise us about diet, disabilities, preferences for being near other folk from your IFYE past years etc.

These will be for the conference and official activities only, and not your private accommodation or touring requirements.

Please advise your private service providers directly of all special needs when you make your bookings.
