Conference headquarters

We will base the conference in the city of Adelaide at the Mercure Grosvenor hotel, very close to many of the venues we will use. We hope to be able to walk to some of our events, but we will provide transport for those unable to walk. There will be room for approximately 300 people at the hotel, which offers a wide range of accommodation from 3 to 5 star in the one venue.

Right next door is the Sebel (5 star), while across the street is the Hyatt (also 5 star), with a lot of other accommodation alternatives within walking distance. The Stamford Plaza is only 50m along the street. The city YHA Hostel is only about 800 metres away, and a number of other hostels are within 1 km, although we would prefer people to consider staying at the Grosvenor where we will be basing many functions and departures for events.
